Memoirs of Darkness has been officially launched.

December 12, 2022 marked the official publication and launch of Memoirs of Darkness – Good Man? (ISBN 978-0-9939636-0-5).  When I started the process of writing this work it was not intended to be a book for public consumption.  It began as a journalling exercise to help me make some decisions and choices in my own life. The quiet and isolation of Covid was an opportunity to pause, take a deep breath, and realign my path. The result of my journalling is Memoirs of Darkness, which I had originally titled Good Man?”  It is a unique work to me, having written many genres of erotica over the years (under different pen names), and I think you will find that it is unique in many ways to both literature and sexual sub-cultures.  Doms are not generally know for being deeply introspective and open about their flaws and confusion.

If it wasn’t for Deana Agon (of deanarayagon.com) and her assistance in finding a small publisher to work with us, this book would never have been released.  Now comes the challenge of marketing the book.  If you are an author or publisher of erotica, you know how difficult it can be to market your works.  Even if you have tons of money to throw into ads and promotions, few platforms want to be linked to erotica and similar genres of writing, especially when your book makes 50 Shades look like cotton candy for the masses.  Thankfully we have Memoirs of Darkness available on the LuLu Bookstore platform, and we hope to be available on Amazon, Google Play Books, and Barnes & Noble in relatively short order. Now I set off on the virtual book tour trying to promote Memoirs of Darkness wherever I find the opportunity online.

Blogging is new to me so I am not sure what this will become, which might make it even more interesting to follow.  I will relay my challenges and my wins as I market Memoirs of Darkness.  I hold some hope that this blog might be a place for some non-judgemental discussion on the content of Memoirs of Darkness, and the sub-culture itself.
